Good morning, tut. My question is, why did the Schindler's appear so confident last night that a judge would quickly restore hydration? It was reported, I think by FV, that attorney Gibbs had seen Terri and told her she would be getting something to eat "later tonight". Meaning wee hours of the morning. That has not happened. Terri's dad told the reporters outside Woodside that he told Terri she would be going for a ride soon, meaning back to the hospital for the tube, and then getting some nourishment. Made it sound imminent. Now we hear this Whittmore has said he insists on reading all the legal papers before doing a thing about Terri. No word on how long that would take. See what I mean? I wonder if the Schindlers and Gibbs were blindsided by this man's refusal to reinsert the tube ASAP. It would appear so, by all evidence.
