This has been discussed, but I don't understand why Michael Schiavo can't be charged under Florida law for adultery. It would seem that someone charged and hopefully convicted for a crime, even a misdemeanor wouldn't be able to qualify as guardian.
***
Florida Criminal Code
798.01. Living in open adultery
Whoever lives in an open state of adultery shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. Where either of the parties living in an open state of adultery is married, both parties so living shall be deemed to be guilty of the offense provided for in this section.

I understand why you think HINO Michael should be charged with adultery. However, the crime of importance is the evidence of attempted homicide, on Feb 25, 1990.

I listened to Bobbie Schindler last night on Hannity. He told the story over again of NO INVESTIGATION into possible crime of 1990.

If Terri ever gets a real hearing from a REAL COURT, there are several who should be charged with attempted MURDER BY STARVATION.
