It's not surprising he's made no progress. They are probably unconvinced because Jeb Bush isn't doing what HE can do to save Terri. He's just trying to pass the buck. It's like someone trying to sell an old car, saying how great it is. Then why try to sell it? If you want her saved, Jeb, what are YOU doing about it? Why don't you stick YOUR neck out?
