"I figured one more phone call but the comment line at that number closed until tomorrow."
When I called the president's comment line, I used 202-456-1111, and after awhile it allows you to leave your message, if you don't have time to wait forever. But you still have to call 9am - 5pm.
If you can't get hold of the president, contact your state senators and representatives and tell them what you want the president to do.
