You said despair is an unforgivable sin. If you can't pin it down with a scripture you shouldn't have said it.
The Bible tells what's sin and what isn't. Someone could wrongly think they're on their way to hell for having despair.
There is a lot in beliefs that isn't in Scripture.

Despair is that feeling that you are too sinful for God to forgive you, and then you choose to die without accepting God's salvation. It's an unforgivable sin because because the person who has this mindset dies unforgiven because of choosing not to not accept God's gift of salvation.
