It was actually Randall Terry referring to the Judge as a " she". HE surely wasn't UP on the case was he. That is scary since he is supposed to be respresenting the parents...............ugg
Randall Terry refered to the judge as "she," because he thought the judge's first name was "Jane," and not "James."
