I can only pray that I die peacefully and I can't wait to be home with our Lord! But there is a difference here. She's not on a breathing machine and brain dead. She has brain damage and hasn't been given proper rehabilitation. I don't remember Jesus praying for the sick and disabled to die quickly and peacefully so they could hurry and go home! He healed them, which shows mercy and a longer "life" on earth for those he healed.
Give God more credit than what you have. If He wanted Terri home, mere men couldn't keep her alive.
