Obviously, the father has been arrested, and is in jail for child abuse and neglect. WHY? He's her "legal guardian"...he is after all, her closest family member.
This man has done basically the same thing to his "wife" for all these years. No therapy, no going outside, very little stimuli, limits on visitors. Why on earth has he been allowed to continue as her legal guardian? Where is the consistancy? People who would decry the former, are ignoring the latter.

We the people of Florida and the Southern States have called all decent minded people to attend a special meeting with Bernie McCabe, State Attorney of the 6th district in Clearwater, Florida. Time to call it a day. I hate to try to fall asleep knowing that Greer has retained the best criminal attorney in the area. He's lawyered up now and HE MAY GET OFF if Barry Cohen is going to defend Greer against criminal charges. So much for sleeping tonight but I'm going to try.

I've been hunting since your post .. can't find it. It was a blog -- but you go to blogsforterri and there's hundreds .. and no search turns up Matt French who he said was typing it for some other guy who had dictated to him as soon as he left the hearing, meaning the other guy had to have been in the courtroom or seen who was there. I may be wrong, now that I think about it .. Greer's attorney may have been there. There's just no way I can remember the blog name .. I just remember Matt French.
This blog definitely said he WAS a friend of Whittemore.
