talking, but cannot hear.
If the judge wants Terri to die, then Gov Jeb Bush better send in the troops and get Terri into protective custody. There are other options. The investigations need to go forward into allegations of neglect, abuse & exploitation as reported to the hotline at Dept of Children and Families.
It's not unbelievable. The clintoid did not want to issue a decision from the bench in front of the Schindlers. He wants it "faxed" out at a later time, hopefully for his legal types, after Terri is dead. The decision will be: This court has no jurisdiction in this matter: the law of March 21 is unconstitutional.
I agree! The libs are crying out that Bush is acting like Hitler. I guess they must have different history books than what I've read. They are the ones pushing our country towards euthanizing those they see as undesirables, as did Hilter. I read a post the other day about a third trimester abortion due to "severe malformation of the fetus." (as seen by ultrasound) The baby had cleft palette for goodness sake!
Wake up America and become active or you're gonna wake up to a very different America tomorrow! In ten years they will going door to door picking up our mentally challenged citizens and herding them into cattle cars!
Is that legal??? Knowing that her life hangs in the balance?
Judge Whitmore is known inside the court as a very nice person. He was a former public defender so maybe he'll have the typical bleeding heart of one and rule compassionately.
Nothing from Hannity. Yet.
MSNBC reporting that attorneys for hospice stating that they would not fight the issue if Terri doesn't return there, if her tube is reinserted
You might want to warn him that DNR now includes a feeding tube even if he's on no other "machines". If all he needs is a tube, he won't get it with a DNR.
Banging head on the wall! Terri is starving...HELLO!
At least let her have an IV, for Gods sake!
No argument, I too think Jeb needs to do something.
I like that....
He is not supposed to rule on the Constitutionality of this law. That is not before the court.
The injunction was the only thing in front of the court.
This rots.
I should stop being an optimist.
This judge knows if he denies it they will go to Atlanta and get the tube put in. So he is stalling to keep her from being fed/hydrated again.
I am listening to MSNBC and the reporter said the Judge wants to study the case before he makes a ruling. We have to hang in there. May God grant the Judge wisdom
MSNBC
Other attorneys there (?) arguing constitutionality of new law
