I wouldn't do it. My personal code of ethics do not allow for calling people and harrassing them.
But, he is now a limited public figure. If he is so stupid to have a listed phone number, he shouldn't be crying when he gets the hate calls.
That's really dumb. I'd say the fault is in the callers but obviously you hate this guy so the burden is on him to change his number.Amazing
