"The guardian has no discretion," said Felos. "It is not the guardian's decision to do this. It must be done because it is the order of this court."

Take care of your disabled and elderly if they are in Florida because the court can order their death.
THe FL AG will do nothing about all the illegal things done by George Greer, not even one, www.theempirejournal.com has practically handed their case to them on a silver platter!!
They didn't even get a doc sig on the paperwork admitting her into hospice, that is required by law!!
I don't worry too much about my parents, because we all know what they want, and there is absolutely no squabbling between us kids, well old kids.
I made my mind up a long time ago, that my parents would not go into a home. It will be me that cares for them, and I'll do it with all my heart and soul, if the Lord calls me to it. I'll be the one to bathe my parents, and see them through their final days. They brought me and my brother to the States in '58, and they worked like dogs to give us a better life. All of their efforts were for us, and I surely will never, ever forget that.
Family is Sacrosanct!
Any disabled or elderly person living in Florida now knows what could happen to them. If they don't like it they should be looking for a more hospitable home state.
There are a lot of elderly people living in Florida. When they get sick and - God forbid - they linger, they are going to cost the state a lot of money. Any tubes - feeding tubes, breathing tubes, colostomy tubes - will put them at risk immediately. Remember that all you Florida Freepers and those Freepers with parents living in Florida. Don't let them put a tube in, even if they say it is only temporary.
