You'd think he could speak clearly since he's surely had practice speaking with foreign objects in his mouth.
Perhaps we should put a foreign object into Barney's mouth during this speech and ask one of his lovers to translate for us.
I know this is an important night and I have been paying attention but I had a real problem understanding Barney.I think he was in charge..
