Sinkspur again displays his constitutional retardation.

The Supreme Court's jurisdiction regarding this case is discretionary, and it's unlikely it will take up the case, especailly inasmuch as it already turned the case down.

The Supreme Court's jurisdiction regarding this case is discretionary, and it's unlikely it will take up the case, especailly inasmuch as it already turned the case down.

It turned the case down when it was requested to overturn the Florida State Court.

This law about to be voted on will likely be found unconstitutional by a federal court, and the USSC will not hear an appeal on that ruling.
