Then I guess no decisions will ever be final, as the executive, judicial, and legislative branches would be forever pulling the rug (decisions-wise) out from under each other at whim. There would be no final arbiter. I'll bet you liked it when the U.S. Supreme Court (the final arbiter) decided in favor of Bush (by stopping the ballot count in FL) over Gore. That was one court decision that made you happy, I'm sure. It all depends on whose ox is being gored, or whose opinion you like as versus don't like. Not a good way to run a country.
