Some law professor was quoted on Fox this morning as saying that congressional interference was an abuse of federal power. I wonder what he thought about Waco?

Waco was an bouse of power -- but not the same kind as your professor was suggesting. BATF agents had been shot and killed, so the Feds had full standing.
