"Do you think I like being out here, being harassed by these people (who were all around us yelling and slavering during the interview), feeling afraid?"
I did not feel safe around those rabid counter-protesters ... and we weren't safe ...
According to "pp," her group outnumbered our group 30 to 1, but she was askeered of us. Golly, we must be really strong looking folks to make "pp" think that one of us could take 30 of them.
The 100 or so crazies got equal time in most media and more than equal time on Fox, WB-50 (which is also owned by Fox) and NC-14. It's infuriating.
Peace, baby; not fury.
I read two accounts today that were totally fabricated. They talked about men in drag (didn't happen. Totally made up)
Exhibit 1: "This is what a feminist looks like"
Exhibit 2
Exhibit 3: This womyn just looks like a guy in drag.
Exhibit 4: Who really knows which way the wind blows here?

This administration is misusing our military. A military force is supposed to protect the homeland and be peacekeepers, not warriors.
Huh?
Earth to Planet Zongo ... how's the weather up there?
:0)

LOL! Well, lol, let me help you out here, according to the Lores and Myths manual of the Liberals: even the youngest conservative, Christian, and/or Republican child is armed to the teeth with AK-47s, and a nuclear bomb in every diaper bag. We conservative mothers breastfeed our babies on plutonium and uranium. We serve them dirty water to make 'em acquire early immunity; and we feed 'em dirt for meals to help them acquire durable "linings".
tgslTakoma? The liberals terrorize themselves with their imagery and stereotypes. And we show up? They think its a secular apocolypse. Given PP's portrayal. What PP wrote is simply not true or what happened. HOWEVER, you can't convince someone who sees themselves as a perpetual victim, that they are not.
I tried to read PP's piece as an activist work; or even a spin job -- true believers on the left will believe it and because they all worship at the same shrine; but it just comes across as.. "a person in very strong need of help". Yep, you read it here: I read PP's piece as a signal for help. An SOS.
