I heard some attorneys talking about it today.....they see no reason that the USSC won't strike it down again.

Over a procedural law giving jurisdiction to the federal court to adjudicate how existing law applies to the matter in controversy? I just don't see it. Do you recall what the argument of the attorneys was?

Having said that, I don't really see a different outcome in federal court, unless they try the matter de novo. I guess that is an important point. But one would assume not if it is going to federal appellate court. But I am not clear on that one.
