Royal Hospital for Neurodisability concluded there was a 43 percent error rate in the diagnosis of PVS. That's perhaps true, especially early in the case of someone who receives an injury or has something go wrong internally.
After 15 years of supposedly being in such a state, I'll bet the error rate is close to zero.

A MRI/PET scan seems to be the method to determine such. I have no problem accepting the results of the test, I do have a problem making a decision with out said test.
