If I was incapacitated somehow and my wife eventually chose to take out the feeding tube against my parents wishes, with no clear proof of my true desires or mental state, I would hope the government would investigate any actions of a Judge to end my life.
Well, that's the law it sounds like you're gonna get; anybody with a feeding tube in them will have to have a judge take it out.
