There is nothing inherently immoral or unconservative with a SWAT team, or using the same in the protection of civil rights, if that is what it takes.

They wouldn't go in, just surround the location. U.S Marshals will go in with a piece of paper. FBI will detain those involved and investigate them. IRS will scrutinize everyone and everything.

Not "hypocritical", but "cynical".
It has to do with the poster's recognition that the individuals involved in carrying out the raid are the type who are always more interested in the action than in the justifications.
