It's people like them who are largely responsible for the present abysmal lack of morality and common decency in so much of American society today. If they ever have their way entirely the US will be more like Hitler's 3rd Reich than like the Christian nation our forefathers brought into being.

I'll drink to that! We are "sloutching towards Gomorrah" to borrow a title from a book by Judge Bork. I do think we are headed that way between the death cultists, hyper-libertarians and the loonie left to some sort of fusion between a Third Reich and Sodom & Gomorrah. I don't like what I'm seeing. We are slowely becoming the evil monsters we are fighting or supposed to be fighting. I remember Pogo said, "we have met the enemy, and he is us" and it will be that way unless we start getting back to our Judeo-Christian roots.
