Sounds to me, from reading the transcripts and records that this judge turned over every possible rock to make his decision!
There was no jury, this was the judge who had to see all the sides of the box.
So now your complaining that he saw a side that you don't like.
This is why we we don't have a Oligarchy in this country. LOL!
