I agree it's shame that it's come to this emergency maneuvering once again, but DeLay and Hastert have no choice now. What Judge Greer is doing in ordering this woman killed ASAP is much worse an affront to civil society

According to the FLSC and the USSC, Greer was within the law regarding his interpretation. Terri's Law was deemed unconstitutional.
