"Schiavo Must Die": Judge Fails

Clear and Convincing Standard

Go the The Empire Journal.com for entire story.

“I don’t want anyone feeding that girl….the rule of law is that this girl must die”.

(The above is a quote from Judge Greer when Terri's sister and brother tried to have Terri fed when they removed her feeding tube, in the past.)

P.S. A nurse testified to feeding Terri pudding and jello, so she CAN swallow. The feeding tube is just an excuse to kill her, and make her a precedent for the right-to-die movement. Oooops, my mistake, right-to-KILL movement. Terri does not want to die.

It's time to take a page out of the Clinton Handbook of Homeland Fun. Remember Elien Gonzolez? Well, why don't we just send in some Federal Marshalls, and take her to Washington...because technically didn't the House supena her? I think so.

You can say crap like this repeatedly, but it will not make it true.

She can't swallow food. The parents thought she could early on, and brought her home, only to return her to the care of professionals.

The court looked into this no less than three times.

It really does not matter. You will believe the lie before you ever believe the truth. The truth is not as rosy.

Need to change the name of this forum to "pawns are us".
