I just registered today so I could post a response in the Terri Schiavo case. I cannot believe everyone. I know in my heart what is happening to her is torture and it is completely wrong. Most of you here believe in GOD, so don't you think if it was meant for her to die she would have died, or be totally brain dead? Don't forget that the reason she is this way is suspicious. Her so called husband should be investigated. As for the ones here that thinks she doesn't know her surroundings picture this. You have a child who is brain damaged, has to be on a feeding tube probably for the rest of their life but could improve with extensive therapy. What would you do? Remove the tube and let your child slowly die a tortureous death, or try the therapy? Terri hasn't gotten this chance, her parents want to try therapy and her husband doesn't? Sounds a bit odd. Like he doesn't want her to improve, would she implicate him? All of these things must be taken into account. I think they need to get therapists in there to start working with her. It is not necessarily to late.

don't you think if it was meant for her to die she would have died, or be totally brain dead?Terri survived six days the last time she was starved. She isn't meant to die this way.
