A judge has the jurisdiction to tell congress they can't do anything?
Who died and made this judge the prime ruler? Sounds to me like Greer is in bed with Terry's "husband".....
Trial Court Judges do not like anyone telling them what they can do in THEIR courtroom.
This is what botthers me about this case.
If Terry is unaware of what is going on then there is no harm for her parents to care for a vegitable that does not know what is happening to her. She is already gone and unaware.
If Terry IS awar of what is going on then there is a harm that can happen. Since awareness implies brain capacity to rehab.
So the court has found the first scenario to be true and yet refuses the second possibility.
