Terri cannot "move on" on her own..
look..
I have worked with brain damaged people for many years...
Terri is brain DAMAGED, not brain dead...
Brain dead people do not smile at their Poppa, and follow the movements of colored balloons...they don't DO anything..
Terri has demonstrated that she recognizes her parents, her caretakers, and so on..
We who are supposedly her fellow human beings, do NOT have a right to impose a death sentence on her..for ANY reason..
Did it ever occur to anyone that if she did not die from her intial collapse, that perhaps she wasn't meant to?
Death by dehydration and starvation is CRUEL, and very painful..and it is beyond comprehension that anyone can condone it...
She is a human being, and is entitled to all the rights, and protection that the rest of us are..
That's the way I see it..
Ms.B
Thank you!

Agreed.
It's amazing what TLC can do to improve the quality of a disabled person's life.
