Wow... No offense, but may I suggest that you read some of the Terri threads here, especially concerning:
1. The mysterious and suspicious circumstances surrounding her collapse (Terri's family, and many other people, suspect that Michael tried to strangle her; so the rush to kill her may be essentially an attempt to cover up an early attempt at murder). Sounds like Michael, his attorney, and the judge in their pockets are very afraid that Terri could get enough better to point the finger at Michael. They were known to have had a big fight on the day she collapsed. It is known that Terri was considering divorcing Michael. There is a bone scan, taken only about a year after her collapse but hidden from the Schindlers for over a decade, which shows not one but many healed fractures in Terri's body.
2. The timeline information regarding just when Michael promised to take care of Terri, and how soon after the money was received that he completely reversed himself and began to try to kill her.
3. There are medical "experts" on both sides of the issues here. There have also been several rehab experts who have offered to help Terri free of charge. The last flurry of motions submitted by Attorney Gibbs included a bunch of affidavits from medical experts who testified that Terri is not in PVS, and that she could be rehabilitated.
4. Both the judge and Michael's attorney are known to be euthanasia advocates, and this is widely regarded as a test case of sorts.
5. There is also rumored to be a Scientology connection in this case.
6. The billionaire George Soros, in recent past years, has been giving away money to groups in favor of euthanasia; in fact, there is something funded by him called the "Project on Death in America." He is rumored to be part of whatever conspiracy can be said to be behind the drive to kill Terri.
If completely neutral specialists say she is "dead" then let Michael give her a one time injection. After all, he is a nurse - remember! He became a nurse so that he could take care of Terri for the rest of her life once the malpractice award was received.
If only she were, in fact, terminal, I would agree wholeheartedly with you... an overdose of morphine or some other drug would be much more merciful.
As for Michael, he is now widely regarded as a HINO (Husband-in-Name-Only) for many reasons cited in these threads.
There are so many conflicts of interest in this case that it stinks to high heaven. I lived in Florida as a kid, and now I probably would not ever move back there, especially if I were to become incapacitated.
Hope you didn't take my sarcasm seriously. You know
the media keeps leaning toward Michael and away from
the parents and, of course, Michael will not allow anyone
to see Terri because they would then relate the truth.
My thoughts as to sending her out of state to a well known
facility such as Mayo Clinic were that the truth would
finally come out. Not all the hearsay from those "doctors"
hired by the court!
