I think that point is irrelevant. She does not have the state of mind to make that decision for herself.
I agree. But if a person of sane mind could make that decision before getting into this situation such as when you make a will, etc. then we wouldn't have this position to contend with. It's a tough decision to have to make. My question was related to the future.
