You people really should read the constitution. States have powers over and above the feds. The feds have very few powers relating to the internal workings of a state. The state judge has every right to overrule the federal judge and that is the way it should be. You people are trying to break all sorts of laws, constitutional and other wise, to uphold your good intentioned but wrong headed views about Terri.

I don't like the congressional issuing of the subpoenas either. Totally a misuse of congressioanl power. However Greer has really stepped in sh-t here. The congressional subpoenas provide an order of protection to the witness. This is now the feds interfering in a state matter any longer. It is a state judge essentially killing a witness and it will not stand. Regardless, of how absurd it is for her to go testify, he now was powerless to remove the feeding tube until March 28, when she would fail to show up for the hearing.
