No way is this over! Wait and watch and pray. You can bet Greer's latest action will incense many and make even some of the pro-death pols uneasy. I wish you were right but our pro-death crowd only cares about the lives of convicted murderers. They ought to be showing up any day to try to preserve the life of Scott Peterson. To them, his life has value, not that of Terri Schiavo.

Old news, Greer has reversed that as of now!

I left the room for five minutes and everything changed! Did they finally locate Greer? Is Greer the one that overturned the congressional subpoenas?

Greer couldn't get hooked up properly for a conference call so the hearing was moved to 1:16 pm, it happened and he gave his ruling around 1:35.

The response to judicial overreaching is: "Just say no."
I've said it before and I'll say it asgain: A constitutional crisis isn't the problem. It's the solution.

The order is both immoral and illegal. One has a solemn duty to disobey an order contrary to both morality and justice.

Does Judge Greer intend to remove the tube himself? No, that might interfere with his plans for a big lunch.

Is Greer the one that overturned the congressional subpoenas?I wouldn't say "overturned." I'd say "chose to ignore." But yes, it was Greer.

Are you sure? That's my big question. I thought that once a Congressional subpoena is ordered, that the persons are given Federal protection.
Are we wrong about that?
