She is in that state because her legal guardian tried to kill her, and continues to.
If Terri were not able to swallow her own saliva, she would most likely been gone a long time ago due to pneumonia because she would be aspirating it into her lungs.

It was pointed out in 2003, by the Guardian Ad Litem appointed by Jeb Bush, that in 13 years Terri had never had a bedsore. She has had extraordinary care.
Rush just said that Congressional committee is sending lawyers to FL to get stayed issued.
It's probably worse for them as I doubt Congress will want to arrest a sitting judge. I have no doubt that the medical personnel are going to be hung out to dry if they remove the tube.
Was Michael served with a subpoena? don't recall him on the list, so does this mean he can pull the tube?
