We should sell arms to the Republic of China (Taiwan), the legitimate government of China, and cut off our trade with Red China. Thei economy would fall apart faster than you could say "Mao Tse-tung" and they wouldn't be in a position to threaten anyone.

Europeans are desperate for jobs and economic growth needed to keep all of their Socialistic Governments in power.
Arms deliveries to China are on line with what their God Karl Marx preached: Capitalism will destroy itself.
A little help so they think, will just speed things up in our favor.
This makes them dangerous, by doing as much as they can get away with.
Europeans feel that their trade with the U.S. is protected and garnered by contracts, agreements, the WTO, so nothing detrimental can happen there.
Europeans also calculate this to be a win win situation towards pulling the U.S. down.
The French originally announced that within 10 years this new formed European Union will economically outpace the U.S.
Figuring that this arms delivery to China is one of the vehicles to reach this economic target is a solid dose of schadenfreude.

"not just the US against China..... British radar and electronics... missiles and helicopters designed by the French... satellites built with the help of Germany and Britain "

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom
