I agree with you and that's why I posted the timeline. It was after many years he decided that there was no hope. And I would never want to live like Ms. Schiavo, you know why? I wouldn't want my husband to waste his life sitting by my bedside. I'd want him to go on and love and have a family (especially since he was so young when it happened). That's lvoe. The callousness towards him is incredible. What an ordeal this man has been through. And why? Because his wife was a bulimic. She brought it on herself. I know that's a very controvercial thing to say here on FR, but it's true.

Um...no, actually it was pretty much immediately that he tried to deny her treatment for an infection so she would die.

Oh, and I was just assuming you were a jacka$$ before. Thanks for proving it. That's like saying a rape victim brought it on herself because she was wearing a low cut shirt.

Oh don't worry, MS wasted no time sitting by her bedside, in fact, if he was by the bedside it was only to make sure she wasn't given therapy or support.
