Please re-read your post, CM. The government has no right to decide life or death? Does this mean you are against law enforcement? Death penalty? Prevention of murder? What do we do, leave it all up to "fate"?
So to prevent murder we simply go out and kill people? The purpose of law enforcement is to kill the bad guy? This is quite a stretch.
