How do you turn trauma into "abuse" ?

The use of the term "abuse" is a guess as to the cause of the trauma.
"33/35 doctors" would be fools to testify to that from simply from seeing the bone scan and the comments of the original doc.
...NOT if it's in their expert opinion....
