Just heard on 970 FLA that a Federal marshall is expected to arrive at Hospice at noon to serve Terri with a subpeona to testify! Wow! I wonder if they will let him in? I keep seeing vertical bars for some reason.

Are you kidding?? The Federal Govt. rules and trumps here -- can you really see a Federal Marshall's entrance to the hospice being blocked by those wimps???? C'mon! THIS IS THE DAY THE LORD HAS MADE.... LET US REJOICE AND BE GLAD!!!!

You can't be serious. Had neighbor once who wouldn't let the Bureau of Mines make a regular mine inpection. They got 10 federal mashals to come and my neighbor pulled a gun on them. He got 10 years in the federal pen. Moral? Don't mess with a federal marshal.

Not for a U.S. Marshall. He can have backup there to arrest anyone who stands in his way.
The Feds trump any local law enforcement.
