President Bush is traveling to two Florida cities today to talk about Social Security Reform. I hope they follow him around with a proposed bill or maybe a pardon. Bush is going to Orlando and Pensacola.

Bush has no authority to intervene here. This is his brother's jurisdiction.

I have to say that I am amazed at the number of conservatives who are chomping at the bit to have state matters turned over to the federal government.

And, of course, this involves writing more bills, which will eventually make it to the judiciary.

Everything decided judicially, up to this point, according to some, has been illegal.

Therefore, that's the reason we need to continue to involve the judiciary.

As you have said, Big Sky, the Constitution is now a living document, meant to be twisted according to the whims of whatever the emotion of the moment is, as long as the result comes out in our favor.

Just remember this the next time liberals and libertarians make a determined effort to legalize gay marriage.
