honestly, I don't think you'll see him in any jumpsuit. Judges are immune from prosecution for their role as judge. (Their may be some kind of exception, but he cannot be charged with any crimes as far as decisions made "within his discretion.") Unfortunately, the District Court of Appeals have upheld numerous of his decisions, so, that even helps Greer out, if you know what I mean.

However, if there is provable criminal activity.....that would be another story, of course. And I've no doubt there is; I only hope that whatever he's done wrong, criminal or not, is exposed and he's removed from the bench.

That's what I had in mind. I just have this gut feeling that something on him will turn up, and if so, I hope it sticks.

Anyway, we can always dream :)

If allegations are proven that he isn't a judge in the first place, Greer may yet be fitted for that orange jump suit.

On him, it would look absolutely STUNNING! Don't you agree? :o)
