Can the Schindlers pick the federal judge? Don't they have to make the first move? If so, I hope they do a better job picking the judge than did Reagan, Ford, and the first Bush.

You can NEVER pick judges; judges are assigned.

No, they can't choose the federal judge. The judges in Florida, for the most part, are against Terri's right to life.

The White House really picks the judge. The judges take cases on a rotation. Depending on what time the bill is signed, it is faxed to the judge on duty in that hour.
