I wouldn't say that at all. With O'Connor, Kennedy, Souter, and Stevens being "Republican" judges, why would you think they would not side with MRS?
No, its different. I truly believe that.
I don't believe they would given the facts on this case, and I have more confidence in the SCOTUS than any local Mayberry court.
I think they have not given it a look because they claim it wasn't in their jurisdiction, well now it is.
