I firmly believe that the Reson Judge Greer is pushing this now, that Terri must die and not permitting any more appeals is for his own self serving reasons. We ahve read that he is under guard, and then on Friday at 1pm he was at an un-disclosed location.
Teh Reason he wants to kill Terri is because he personally is feeling the repercussions of his decisions and Judge greer wants his life back. Once Terri is dead then after a while the guards go away and he is able to be his old self again.
It is only for his own self serving interests that he refuses the Schindlers to have the court hearing on removing Michael as Guardian, and all the other rotten sh*tty things he has done to Terri and her real family.
Michael, Felos, and Greer are all fully aware that Terri isn't PVS. That's the only explanation for their actions that makes any sense, and it fits perfectly.
