I took care of alot of these kinds of cases. Three features of this case compelled me to feel federal review was warranted.

Scott Peterson, John Couey will get a federal review. 1. by my medical definition, she was not in a vegetative state. He was unable to get in the room. 2. lengthy pause of seven years between original injury and when it stated she did not want life sustaining measures.
