The tape is heartbreaking. She is working so hard to speak...and she just can't...I had poor audio quality...cheap speakers & dial-up connection...but to hear her voice was too much....I just put my head down on the desk and wept. Her unsuccessful struggle to talk is just unbearably sad... SO much sadness comes through....she tries SO hard....
