The Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta is going to receive the signed bill tonight barring any hangups and there are six judges who have volunteered to accept the paperwork from the US Congress. Attorney Gibbs said that Terri's tube should be reinserted at 1:00 am or 2:00 am est.

Wonderful! You mean, it's not going to be at a U.S. District Court in Florida???? You positive? Why is it going to Atlanta? So glad to hear 6 judges willing to take it.

As long as it's not going to a judge named Lazzara, Terri's got a chance.

He was a disgrace when her case ended up in his courtroom. He gave the Schindlers' lawyers two weeks to prepare arguments. They came up with a beautiful and brilliant filing detailing the numerous violations of her federal civil rights.

He then summarily threw them out of his courtroom, saying he did not have "any jurisdiction." Didn't even look at their arguments, which he had ASKED them to draw up.
