What happens if George W. Greer simply ignores the subpoena? Would the GOP put him in chains and bring him to D.C.? That would create a liberal martyr.
I don't know, but this is the reason they are passing this law for her.
He has ignored EVERYTHING in this case and still is able to dictate that she die. That is NOT how the system is supposed to work. This is an abuse of the system.
He is subject to arrest like anyone else, and in fact, I don't believe for one minute that he would be a liberal martyr. He is an embarrassment. A judge who rules without hearing cases???
This is the importance of transferring this to the Federal Court. They would not listen before, now they have to and I believe that the SCOTUS is far enough removed from this mess to rule without bias.
