"These police surrounding the hospice and guarding Terri---am I mistaken or are they obliged to obey orders of the governor? Not the judge?

I asked a similar question earlier, nobody answered.


The cops need to remember their oath.

I mentioned this on the other thread - my relative in Police Academy said the instructor brought up Pinellas Park in class. As an introduction to the subject of duty to diobey illegal orders.

The police officers in this case are obeying the orders of their superiors. And specifically what are those orders if you know? And if you know, what factually renders those orders illegal other than your opinion?
