President Bush means what he says and it looks like he's about to prove it tomorrow for Terri. It was great to see Terri Schiavo's name on c-span and watching the senate talking about her. This has been such a battle and who knew we would have to leave Florida to get justice for Terri? Glad we started lobbying the US Congress a long time ago. At first, they didn't even want to take our calls. My how things have changed. It's great to have doctors in congress. The docs were appalled by this and Mel Martinez was equally appalled. Mel Martinez stepped up to the plate and he's a new Senator.

Now, it's up to the House tomorrow. I suppose it will be televised on c-span. Supposed to be at 1 or 2:00 pm est tomorrow for the House hearing re: Terri.

Do you know of a list of names and fax/emails sorted into 'pro-Terri', 'swing', and 'pro-death' groups? I don't feel like writing 435 different letters, but some degree of customization would seem like a good idea.

I can't remember where I heard this (maybe David Allen show last night) but someone suggested pulling all Florida's federal funding if they let Terri be killed. Protection for all ---or money for nothing.
