There was some idiot on CSPAM talking from Bradenton (my city) running off at the mouth about how this has gone through the courts for 15 years, blah, blah, blah...enough is enough, blah, blah, blah.
This is embarrassing because of the conflicts, Terri in a hospice for 3 years, etc....medicare fraud...the good old boy network running this thing illegally from the get go and now a judge who rules for her to die and think (getting away with it so far) that he is allowed to say who lives and dies. Unbelievable.
Felos comments were the worst saying that the Guardian has no say, the courts have ruled....
PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE, BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS NOW. YOU KNOW THAT IF A JUDGE CAN OVERRULE A GUARDIAN AND MAKE INDEPENDENT DECISIONS IF SOMEONE SHOULD DIE, THIS IS THE ULTIMATE DETERIORATION OF OUR LEGAL SYSTEM.
Felos will be filing case after case to greer and people will be dying. Terri is the test case.
If greer is reading this, I wish him and everyone involved to kill her the worst pain and agony and hardship for life, no refuge, publicly and privately scorned, nothing but hell for the rest of their natural lives. They aren't human.
I doubt it. Terri's just the first one that refused to die on cue. I'm sure this has been going on well before Terri. On the other hand, what this case will do is remove the necessity of being discrete which probably used to slow things down before. If the forces of evil succeed here and face no repercussions, they'll be unstoppable even if they practice openly.
