I only can tell you what I remember reading and Judge Greer appears to ignore the laws he doesn't like.

Does Greer own a crematorium? I would expect funeral directors are familiar with laws regarding cremation, so he'd have to find one willing to overtly break the law.

I don't know but there does seem to be an awful lot of good old boys there. I am sure they will follow the law but no one will have access to her until she is cremated.
